Regrouting

We offer professional regrouting and grout repair services for residential and commercial clients in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

Our process of tile regrouting is considered the best, we don't just "skim" the surface we remove it and replace it with any color of your choice. When we are done regrouting tile we seal the grout and caulk where needed as well.

Our tile regrouting services are done on non-sanded grout surfaces only . If you have sanded grout there are methods of grout restoration that are more suitable for this application such as grout coloring. All of our grouting services are covered by a 5 year warranty. Read more...

Grout Coloring

We offer professional grout coloring, grout cleaning and grout sealing services for residential and commercial clients in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

Coloring grout is a process in which we apply a waterbourne epoxy colorant/sealer to any existing sanded grout surface. The colorant is applied at about 1mm in thickness so when the project is finished it looks "natural" and not "painted". The grout staining process is considered the best way to rejuvenate and seal sanded grout and when done properly will last for many years. We are so confident with this process that we offer a " lifetime warranty"

We also offer standard tile cleaning, tile sealing, grout cleaning and grout sealing services for both non-sanded and sanded grout surfaces as well. In this case we thoroughly clean the surfaces and apply the appropriate sealer. We offer a 2 year warranty for this process.
